Egg salad Sandwich

This Egg salad Sandwich recipe is a Protein-packed breakfast sandwich with an Indian twist. It tastes so fresh, crunchy and keeps you full for long. I usually make some extra egg mixture and store it in the fridge for lunch as well. Here’s how you can make it:

 4 Soft boiled eggs
 ¼ cup Red onion
 ¼ cup Green Pepper
 1-2 Green Chillies
 2 Garlic Cloves
 ½ tsp Oregano
 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Spice
 ½ tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
 ¼ cup Cup Mayonnaise
 Salt & Pepper to taste

Soft boil the eggs and chop them finely.

Mix eggs with the chopped veggies and all other ingredients. Add more mayo if required. The mixture should be like a soft stuffing.

Spread generously on one side of any type of bread and make a sandwich. Toast it on a sandwich maker or on a skillet.
