We are practicing social distancing going on day 14… I only made a couple trips 😷for groceries and got all the nutrient-rich foods to make delicious and immunity-boosting recipes. Make this yummy smoothie that will not only satisfy your cravings but also supply you with antioxidants essential to flight cold & flu. Packed with Vitamin C it is anti-inflammatory and boosts the immune system. Tumeric is also an ancient Indian anti-inflammatory spice that imparts satisfying earthy notes to the smoothie.

 1 cup Frozen Mango
 1 Frozen Banana
 1 tsp Turmeric/Haldi
 ½ cup Dairy or Nut milk
 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

Freeze mango and Banana for 2+ hours or overnight.

Blend all ingredients together and Enjoy!
